You can benefit from some exciting new changes to our appointment system!

In order to ensure that we can continue to give you the best service, and avoid unnecessary waiting times wherever possible, we will be moving from a mixture of set appointments and drop-in clinics to a purely appointment-based system from the 3rd of October 2016.

You can call any time from 08:30am for same day or future appointments. For your convenience we have a wide range of appointment times both at our main hospital and across all of our centres. Don’t forget our main hospital is open on Saturdays and Sundays too, so you can make a booking for whenever is most convenient for you.

We hope that this change will mean less time for you spent waiting around for your appointment, allowing you to get on with your day much more efficiently. In addition the waiting room will be a lot quieter too, helping your pet to feel calmer while in the practice – and that can only be a good thing!

We’d also like to assure you that this change will not affect the level of service you are used to receiving from us, and indeed we hope that it will prove a very positive decision for all clients and patients involved!

So if your pet requires any form of veterinary care, from a simple check-up to something more extensive, call us on 01352 700087, or pop in to one of our branches; you’re always more than welcome to come and say hello.
